Changing the upstream industry through downhole video technology, Expro won the OTC 2008 Spotlight on New Technology Award for the ViewMax sideview camera.
Enhancing well flow management, ViewMax provides 360-degree movement of the camera, offering not only downhole views, but side views as well.
Giving operators more information, ViewMax can spot causes of well failure, as well as casing damage. With two cameras, one pointed down, and the other with 360-degree horizontal views, the technology can be used in both a fiber optic wireline, as well as a conventional electric line.
Recently earning the title of Subsea UK Company of the Year, Expro specializes in flow management, specifically in the arenas of well testing and commissioning, production systems, wireline intervention, drilling choke systems, and connectors and measurements.
